  • Reach for a light moisturiser in spring and summer but come autumn, swap it out for a heavier solution to avoid rough patches and breakouts.
  • Use sunscreen year-round, but reapply more often when more exposed, such as during beach days. In the winter, you can combine your SPF protection with cream or face oil for added protection against moisture loss.

Seasons may change, but the reasons for wanting beautiful skin do not, so time your trade-outs accordingly!
